Children’s Programs

“You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”
—Deuteronomy 6:5-7

Children and Family

Children and families are important to the Trinity community. We strive to offer intentional ministries that equip parents and children to learn and understand how God is working in their lives as well as offering education and support. We do this through recurring ministries like our weekly Sunday school ministry or season events like summer camp or Vacation Bible school. Please check out some of the ministries below

Trinity Lutheran Sunday School –

Every Sunday morning at 9:40, our experienced teachers share God’s Word while providing a loving, faithful, and safe a place for our children (Nursery-12th grade)  to make friends and learn to grow as disciples; deepening their understanding of God’s presence in their lives.

Sunday School

For those attending our 9:00 a.m. service, children are dismissed to their classes after the children’s message.  Those attending our 10:30 service can drop off students around 9:40.  Classes run until around 10:15.  The first priority of our Sunday school ministry is to teach children about their Savior Jesus.  We also want to make sure children are safe.  We do this by asking all families to fill our a registration card before their children attend Sunday school.  These cards are located in the pew and near the entrance of the sanctuary. There is a visitor side, and a member side.  Those filling out the member side will automatically be added to our mailing list.

Family Ministry Activities

Throughout the year we also have special fellowship and service opportunities for families.  The best way to keep up with this is by joining our mailing list.  Children and family ministry activities are also listed on the church calendar.
